Apply today!\nRole Responsibilities:\nAs aSupply Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for:\nCoordinating the supply network between Huntsman production sites, regional stock points, and logistics partners across the EAME region.\n\nManaging product allocation and replenishment activities to meet customer demand while balancing inventory and service level targets.\n\nAligning supply plans with demand forecasts, customer orders, and manufacturing capabilities.\n\nMonitoring supply flows and proactively identifying potential bottlenecks, risks, and disruptions.\n\nActing as the central point of contact between Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales teams, and logistics providers.\n\nDriving timely communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and customer expectations.\n\nSupporting escalation management and resolving supply-related challenges impacting customer deliveries.\n\nContributing to network optimization projects, including distribution flow improvements and inventory strategies.\n\nSupporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensuring a smooth integration into the supply network.\n\nExperience and Competencies:\nWe are looking for an organized, customer-focused, and proactive professional who can effectively manage priorities within a changing environment.\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience in supply planning, transportation, logistics, purchasing, or distribution operations.\n\nExperience working within a transportation company, logistics organization, or supply chain environment.\n\nStrong administrative and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business requirements and service expectations.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.\n\nResilience and ability to manage a high workload effectively.\n\nStrong team-player mentality.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nKey Competencies:\nAdaptability\n\nAnalytical Thinking\n\nCustomer Focus\n\nTeam Effectiveness\n\nWorking Conditions:\nFull-time position (Monday to Friday).\n\nFlexible working hours, ideally starting between 07:00 and 10:00.\n\nHybrid working model: up to 2 days per week working from home following onboarding and manager approval.\n\nBased at Huntsman Global Business Services in Krakow.\n\n6-month project assignment.\n\nDevelopment Opportunities:\nOpportunity to gain valuable experience within an international Supply Chain organization.\n\nExposure to end-to-end supply network operations across the EAME region.\n\nPotential stepping stone toward future opportunities within production planning and broader supply chain functions.\n\nWhat next?\nIf you would like to join an innovative, collaborative and multicultural team, please apply now.
