In this role, you will create and execute feasible supply plans that align demand with production and material availability across multiple sites. You will work closely with demand planning, production, procurement, logistics, warehouses and customer service to protect customer supply and maintain healthy inventory levels. Apply today!\nRole Responsibilities:\nAs a Supply Planner you will be responsible for:\nCreating and maintaining feasible supply plans based on demand, material availability, production capacity and operational constraints. \nUsing SAP to manage day-to-day supply planning activities and transactions, including material requirements, purchase orders, lead times and relevant master data. \nMonitoring the balance between supply and demand, identifying shortages, delays or capacity constraints and taking timely corrective action. \nTranslating demand requirements into realistic production, purchasing, replenishment and inventory plans. \nCoordinating with production sites, procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to confirm supply availability and execution across regions. \nProactively developing alternative supply scenarios when the original plan cannot be delivered. \nCommunicating planning changes, supply risks and agreed actions clearly to demand planners, customer service and other stakeholders. \nSupporting customer order fulfilment by ensuring materials and products are available at the required time. \nMonitoring inventory levels and addressing blocked, excess and slow-moving stock in cooperation with relevant teams. \nWorking with warehouse teams to resolve stock accuracy, goods movement and other inventory-related issues. \nManaging urgent operational issues and changing priorities while maintaining planning accuracy and service focus. \nSupporting month-end activities, including actions required to enable timely customer invoicing. \nExperience and Competencies:\nWe are looking for an experienced supply planning professional who can take ownership of operational planning activities and contribute effectively from the start.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field. \nMin. 2-3 years of professional experience in supply planning or a closely related planning role, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment. \nStrong hands-on SAP experience.\nSolid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the links between demand, production, materials, inventory and customer delivery. \nAbility to analyse supply constraints, make sound planning decisions and propose practical alternatives. \nAbility to manage urgent situations, workload pressure and changing priorities in a structured way. \nStrong communication and coordination skills, with confidence working across multiple functions, sites and countries. \nA collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to build positive working relationships. \nFluent English. \nWhat next?\nIf you would like to join an innovative, collaborative and multicultural team, please apply now.
