This position will report to the appropriate Technical Service leadership within the Global Elastomers Business.\nJob Scope\nThe Technical Service Representative - TPU provides technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders by combining hands-on laboratory work, process troubleshooting, product evaluation, and customer engagement. This role collaborates closely with Commercial, Technical & Innovation, and Operations teams to optimize product performance, resolve technical challenges, and drive customer success.\nIn summary, as the Technical Service Representative - TPU, you will:\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, including process optimization and application guidance.\nAdvise customers on resin selection, processing techniques, and equipment selection.\nConduct laboratory testing, formulation trials, and data analysis to support technical and customer needs.\nOperate TPU laboratory equipment and perform chemical and physical testing.\nDesign and execute experiments to resolve technical challenges and improve product performance.\nInvestigate customer complaints and maintain proper quality documentation.\nDevelop and manage technical service project plans, timelines, and progress tracking.\nPrepare technical reports, presentations, and project status updates.\nAct as a technical liaison between customers, Sales, Commercial, and Technical & Innovation teams.\nGather market intelligence and provide recommendations to support business growth and competitiveness.\nPromote compliance with Huntsman safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.\nQualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
