You'll service the external and internal (Bulk Production and Packing) customers handling a wide range of tasks and use Fork Lift Truck extensively (60-70% of your time).\n Key Responsibilities\nAs the Warehouse Operator, you will:\nSafely offload and put away raw materials to maximise efficiency and minimise damage.\nPick and deliver raw materials and packaging to meet the production schedule, maintaining high quality standards.\nCollect and put away finished products.\nSafely and accurately operate the Forklift trucks and palletisers. (60-70% of your time will involve using this equipment).\nPromote and maintain a safe working environment by following company policies and acting as a role model for safety practices.\nEnsure on time delivery of the dispatch plan as set out by the Plant Transport Coordinators, achieving OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.\nConduct cycle-counts to maintain pick-accuracy and minimise production risks.\nSupport a 'World Class' 5S environment, helping maintain exceptional warehouse organisation.\n Key Requirements\nWe are looking for individuals who bring reliability, precision and a proactive attitude to the team.
