looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of building, improving and maintaining software products across the entire development lifecycle.\nYou will work directly with the Head of Product to prototype, design, build and ship features across the company's SaaS platform, client solutions and internal business systems.\nThis role is ideal for a developer who enjoys Stack Development\nDesign, build and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems.\nDevelop new product features from concept through deployment.\nCollaborate closely with the Head of Product to prototype and validate new ideas.\nBuild solutions across customer-facing platforms, internal business tools and client projects.\nDeliver clean, maintainable and well-structured code.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\nEnsure applications are reliable, performant and secure.\nFrontend Development\nBuild responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies.\nDevelop reusable components and scalable frontend architecture.\nImplement features that provide excellent user experience and usability.\nWork closely with product stakeholders to translate requirements into functional interfaces.\nTroubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and performance bottlenecks.\nBackend Development\nBuild and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.\nDesign APIs and business logic to support application functionality.\nDevelop secure and scalable integrations between systems.\nOptimise database interactions and application performance.\nImplement testing, monitoring and debugging processes to maintain application reliability.\nProduct and Platfrom Experience\nEssential\n3-5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.\nStrong commercial experience with React.\nStrong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture and development best practices.\nExperience designing, building and maintaining production-grade web applications.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with APIs and backend services.\nExperience using Git and modern software development workflows.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nComfortable working in an environment with evolving requirements and ambiguity.\nExperience working collaboratively with product stakeholders and non-technical team members.\nHighly Desirable\nExperience with Next.js.\nExperience with PostgreSQL.\nExperience with
