对复杂系统开发有强烈兴趣，享受用技术手段解决业务规模化问题的过程；\n\n2. 具备清晰的逻辑思维，能快速理解业务逻辑与技术方案之间的映射关系；\n\n3. 主动推动技术方案落地，在团队协作中体现Owner意识；\n\n4.
