test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET for the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks for the frontend.\n\n- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across new and existing systems.\n\n- Translate client business requirements into well-documented technical solutions, including system design documentation.\n\n- Develop and optimize data-driven solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, reporting, and ETL integrations.\n\n- Take ownership of code quality through code reviews, coding standards, unit testing, and automated testing practices.\n\n- Mentor and support junior and intermediate developers through pairing, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.\n\n- Participate across the complete SDLC, including requirements gathering, estimation, development, deployment, and post-release support.\n\n- Work directly with clients in the healthcare sector to troubleshoot issues, scope enhancements, and provide responsive technical support.\n\n- Contribute to improvements in CI/CD, source control, DevOps practices, and overall development processes.\n\n- Support the safe and effective adoption of modern productivity tools, including AI-assisted development tools where relevant.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience : \n\n- 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack .NET development.\n\n- Prior experience as a Senior/Lead Developer, with technical ownership and mentoring responsibilities preferred.\n\n- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework, with experience in MVC and AJAX patterns.\n\n- Strong frontend experience with Angular or React, along with solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals.\n\n- Strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.\n\n- Exposure to cloud-based applications would be an advantage.\n\n- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure, and DevOps practices.\n\n- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or similar.\n\n- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor would be an added advantage.\n\n- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within a
