The role will focus on ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate employee records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR administration, and a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead day-to-day HR Operations across the complete employee lifecycle.\nManage onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, exits, F&F coordination and employee service requests.\nEnsure timely and accurate payroll, attendance, leave, benefits and contract-workforce administration.\nManage and coach the HR Operations team with clear accountability, SLAs, backup ownership and performance expectations.\nDrive HRMS adoption, data accuracy and process discipline across HR Operations.\nIdentify repetitive activities that can be automated or AI-enabled and lead their implementation.\nBuild and maintain strong SOPs, process maps, checklists, escalation matrices and operating controls.\nTrack HR Operations performance through dashboards covering headcount, payroll, employee queries, onboarding, exits, BGV, probation and operational backlog.\nPartner with Compliance, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to ensure timely closure of operational requirements.\nStrengthen employee experience by improving turnaround time, communication and HR service delivery.\nProactively identify operational risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and drive them to closure.\nEnsure critical HR processes are not dependent on a single individual.\nQualifications & Experience:\n6-10 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations, preferably supporting 500+ employees.\nStrong exposure to employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HRMS, employee services and HR process management.\nPrior experience managing or leading an HR Operations team.\nAbility to independently create SOPs and translate complex processes into clear operating workflows.\nStrong execution orientation with demonstrated ownership and closure discipline.\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nGood understanding of HR controls, compliance and operational risk.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSuccess in This Role\nExperience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Netsuite\nPractical exposure to AI, workflow automation, HR technology or process automation will be strongly preferred.\nHR Operations runs smoothly without excessive escalation.\nPayroll and critical employee processes close on time.\nEmployee queries are resolved within defined SLAs.\nProcesses are documented and backed up.\nManual trackers and repetitive activities progressively reduce.\nHR data becomes more accurate and reliable.\nThe team demonstrates stronger ownership and
