This client is a pioneering AI organization focused on transforming enterprise AI through cutting-edge machine learning and data-centric solutions.\nThe expected commitment is 10 hours per week.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and modern full-stack technologies.\nWrite clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.\nConduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback on code quality, architecture, performance, security, and maintainability.\nIdentify technical debt and recommend improvements to coding standards and development processes.\nDevelop automation scripts using Bash/Shell scripting.\nBuild, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using Docker containers.\nCreate and maintain automated test suites using pytest and unittest.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.\nWork within Linux environments and support CI/CD pipelines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.\nRequired Skills\nStrong proficiency in Python with deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scripting.\nFull-stack development experience with modern web frameworks and APIs.\nHands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.\nStrong Bash/Shell scripting and command-line expertise.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks such as pytest and unittest.\nAbility to review code for quality, scalability, security vulnerabilities, and maintainability. •Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and CI/CD fundamentals.\nComfortable working in Linux environments.\nExcellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nQualifications & Experience\n8-12 years of software development experience.\nExperience building and maintaining production-grade applications.\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.\nExperience mentoring developers and establishing coding standards.\nStrong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.\nFastAPI / Django - Experience building scalable REST APIs and backend services using modern Python frameworks.\nPostgreSQL & SQLAlchemy - Strong database design, query optimization, ORM usage, and data modeling expertise.\nReact & TypeScript - Full-stack development capability with modern frontend frameworks and strong UI integration skills.\nAsync Python - Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency, asyncio, and performance optimization.\nMicroservices Architecture - Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining distributed services in cloud/containerized environments.\nSecurity Fundamentals - Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, and secure coding practices.\nMonitoring & Logging -
