storyboards, scripts, assessments, and learning journeys for digital learning programs.\nDesign engaging eLearning content using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.\nWork closely with SMEs, visual designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.\nCreate content for ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, assessments, simulations, and blended learning solutions.\nEnsure content quality, instructional accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the expectations.\nParticipate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and review meetings.\nMentor junior instructional designers and provide guidance on best practices and quality standards.\nManage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within defined timelines.\nStay updated with emerging trends in learning design, AI-enabled learning, Gen AI tools, and digital learning technologies.\nQualification & Experience:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Instructional Design, or related field.\n4+ years of experience designing digital learning content (eLearning, technical projects, etc).\nStrong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.\nExperience in storyboard creation and content structuring for digital learning solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and client communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to detail and strong problem-solving
