As part of our cross-functional delivery pods, you’ll collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, Solution Architects, and client teams to deliver secure, scalable applications that succeed in production.Key Responsibilities\nOperate in sprints: lead planning, define clear Definition of Ready and Done, working with business and product owners, runs demo for review, perform handoff to production\nDesign and build full-stack applications that power the firm’s AI and analytics solutions. \nDevelop and deploy reusable tools and frameworks that enhance solution delivery across consulting teams. \nCreate intuitive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks. \nDevelop robust backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), integrating with data and external systems. \nImplement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud environments (Azure, AWS). \nEnsure seamless front-end to back-end integration and deliver complete, production-ready features. \nApply DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, and maintainability of applications. \nPartner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into working solutions.\nOperate with a high degree of ownership and independence, driving solutions from concept through implementation.\nRapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in collaboration with cross-functional\nPreferred Qualifications\n4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. \nHands-on with agentic engineering tools and IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) in day-to-day delivery.\nAgile and Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and working in sprints. \nComfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.\nStrong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python for backend development. \nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). \nFamiliarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience translating business workflows or operational challenges into technical solutions is a plus.\nFlexible living locations across Canada, ability to travel as needed.\nThe estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000 CAD. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $132,000 - $161,000 CAD.
