This role works closely with solution managers, product managers to translate business needs into data solutions. At the Senior Associate level, Data & Analytics Product Owners are expected to understand business processes, transactional systems, and data in their focused domain.Responsibilities\nProduct Vision & Strategy\nSupports business leaders in identifying opportunities for data-driven solutions\nContributes to product roadmap development for data and analytics initiatives\nAssists in translating business goals into product requirements, features, and user stories\nPrioritizes backlog items under guidance of a solution manager, in coordination with other product owners, product managers, and stakeholders\nAgile Team Leadership\nParticipates as Product Owner for agile development teams or specific product features\nSupports backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story elaboration sessions\nActively participates in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives\nProvides input on scope and priorities to support team velocity and value delivery\nWorks with Scrum Master and RTEs to address team needs\nStakeholder Management\nSupports communication between business stakeholders and development teams\nParticipates in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide updates\nHelps facilitate alignment between technical capabilities and business needs\nAssists in defining acceptance criteria for deliverables\nData Product Development\nLeads the development of analytics solutions including BI products, data science, and AI-integrated data solutions\nReviews data products to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements\nCollaborates with data engineers and architects on data modeling and technical design\nApplies best practices in data visualization, user experience, and analytics\nQuality & Delivery\nHelps define acceptance criteria for features, including data quality rules\nParticipates in reviewing completed work to ensure alignment with requirements\nTracks product performance metrics and user adoption\nContributes to continuous improvement initiatives in product features and team processes\nQualifications\nRequired\n2-4 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related role in data/analytics domains\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery practices\nBasic understanding of data engineering principles, data warehousing, or ETL processes\nFamiliarity with BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)\nUnderstanding of data modeling or database design concepts\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nAbility to learn technical concepts and communicate them to different audiences\nExperience or willingness to learn user story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog management\nPreferred\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), CSM,
