We are looking for a Data Management Solution Consultant to join our team and help us design, configure, and implement enterprise data management solutions for our clients. Configuration & Implementation - Configure data management platforms to support integration, quality, and governance processes; develop data validation, cleansing, and enrichment rules; implement role-based access controls; and collaborate with development teams to integrate data management solutions with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse systems.

Data Quality & Governance - Define and enforce data quality standards and business rules, implement data stewardship workflows, support data profiling and deduplication efforts, and monitor and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies.

Testing & Validation - Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts; conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; verify data accuracy and performance; and troubleshoot and resolve defects.

Documentation & Training - Create solution documentation including design specifications and user guides, provide training to business users, data stewards, and IT teams, and maintain system documentation and change logs.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors; support change management and adoption efforts; assist with post-implementation enhancements; and stay current with evolving data management technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Business analysis experience, including requirement gathering, translating business needs into technical solutions, and collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams
  • Master data experience across match approach and tuning, conceptual to physical data modeling, and stewardship and work queue design and configuration
  • Data integration experience including data mapping, sourcing, transformation, and process orchestration across all latency types
  • Data quality and governance skills, including data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment
  • Testing and validation experience, including preparation and execution of UAT, data validation, and technical testing
