He/she is responsible for an array of activities including initializing, planning and implementation, tracking and reporting project deliverables, managing risk, applying project management processes skills\n\nWilling to work in US shift timings\n\nPrimary responsibilities\n\nCustomer related\nKeep abreast with the process of revenue cycle management (AR) in the healthcare industry.\n\nDemonstrates thorough knowledge of the job.\n\nDemonstrates good understanding of the performance SLA's and meet the SLA's.\n\nUnderstand all binding laws and regulations related to the project.\n\nDeveloping in depth knowledge base among the team members relating to domain and process.\n\nFinancials related\n\nResponsible for driving quality improvement initiatives to ensure avoidance of penalty.\n\nShould manage the P&L for the process.\n\nPeople related\nGood communication skills, interpersonal skills and excellent team handling skills.\n\nAttrition Management\n\nOversee team reviews, submit progress reports of the team to the BUH and conclude appraisals.\n\nConduct individual performance reviews and propose the required action plan.\n\nActive involvement in disciplinary issues arising out of the team.\n\nProcess related\nEnsure project meets all the required Quality parameters internal and external\n\nImplement efficiency improvement projects by deploying lean sigma methodology\n\nEnsure all MIS reports go on time.\n\nParticipation in conference calls on subject matters whenever necessary.\n\nTo be able to take on additional responsibilities for the team if required.\n\nMonitoring and assisting the quality of the work done by the team.\n\nUpdating management on team performance.\n\nCo coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates.\n\nIdentifying, recommending and implementing ways to increase the quality of operating teams, with productivity as a bonding CTQ.\n\nClient coordination on overall process progress and monitoring of issues.\n\nSecondary responsibilities (if any)\n\nCustomer related\n\nFinancial related\n\nPeople related\n\nAbility to work with a diverse population.\n\nEnsure the process follows strict adherence to the process workflow and apt behavior is observed.\n\nEnsure good leaders are developed.\n\nFinal point of Escalation of issues concerns with the support groups i.e., HR, Admin, TSG, QAG and Finance.\n\nHandling disciplinary issues and administrative issues of the project.\n\nPut forth queries concerns of the BUH and address accordingly.\n\nEnsure the skill inventory of the project.\n\nCounseling of team members on improving Quality & productivity.\n\nReviewing continuous quality improvements processes.\n\nKnowledge\n\nKnowledge in US healthcare industry and experience in RCM AR process is preferred\n\nTeam handling skills is a mandate .\n\nSkills Knowledge of basic necessary computer applications.\n\nAttitude Have a positive attitude.\n\nDomain
