Huron is big enough to offer the opportunity and exposure you need for your career growth-but small enough to give you individual attention for your professional development.\nWe see what’s possible in you and help you achieve it.\nKey Responsibilities\nHands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery \nPartner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design\nExecute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support\nPartner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions\nCollaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.\nQualifications\n2-3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP\nExperience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate clearly with team members and clients.\nEagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nOracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus\nOracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus\nExperience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams\nWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
