Huron is big enough to offer the opportunity and exposure you need for your career growth-but small enough to give you individual attention for your professional development.\nWe see what’s possible in you and help you achieve it.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on project implementations, both within larger Enterprise transformations as well as smaller, targeted initiatives (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, OAC).\nManage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for reporting and analytics initiatives.\nDefine and execute implementation reporting and analytical strategies.\nGather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions.\nUphold high documentation, training, and knowledge transfer standards to enable clients for self-sufficiency.\nAdvise on and configure data quality, governance, and security standards.\nDesign and oversee the development of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Oracle Analytics tools.\nDesign artifacts with consideration of the user experience and user journey of stakeholders and personas.\nOversee data integration, data modeling, and analytics best practices.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\nPartner with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions across various industries.\nSupport Oracle Analytics implementation and enhancement projects.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and analytics requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\n2-4 years of experience in Oracle Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data & Analytics Consulting.\nHands-on experience with:Oracle Cloud Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)\nOracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)\nOracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)\nOracle AI Data Lake house (AIDL)\nData Visualization and Dashboard Development\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure\n\nUnderstanding of Oracle Fusion or relevant ERP applications.\nExperience gathering business requirements and transforming them into analytical solutions.\nExcellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.\nWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with Clients or other internal project teams.\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000-$130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600-$153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
