It’s the Huron way.\nWe see what’s possible in you and help you achieve it.\nTravel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.\nLead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.\nExecute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.\nCollaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.\nDefine standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.\nQualifications\n5+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.\nHands-on experience designing solutions across multiple finance processes and modules.\nStrong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.\nAbility to manage complex global designs (multi-GAAP, multi-COA, multi-currency).\nExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.\nConsulting background strongly preferred.\nOracle certifications are a plus.\nOracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.\nThe ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.\nProven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.\nWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - 170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
