Our Analysts work independently and in group settings to get hands on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients.\nJob Description\nHealth systems, academic medical centers, and other healthcare provider organizations are all trying to address a common enterprise problem: our data should be telling us more than it is, so what is in the way, and how can we develop a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to our mission? Our Data Management & Analytics - Advisory team answers that question. We go into an organization, map how data moves and where it stalls, quantify what the friction costs, and hand leadership a case for change they can act on and fund.\n\nAs a Senior Analyst you sit at the center of that work. You will support current-state analysis, build the value stream maps that make bottlenecks visible, size the gap between where a client is and where they need to be, and translate client needs into strategy roadmaps an executive committee can approve. You will work within a broader assessment team to develop future state vision statements and develop executable roadmaps.\n\nRole Responsibilities Include\nAnalyzing data, synthesizing documentation, developing value stream maps, and drafting current state and future state process designs\n\nSynthesizing client stakeholder interviews, identifying process improvement opportunities\n\nDeveloping recommendations, building business cases, defining return on investment (ROI) for proposed data management modernization initiatives\n\nDeveloping executive summaries in PowerPoint & Word\n\nAnalyzing client documentation in Excel\n\nDevelopment of reports, dashboards, and visualizations as needed in Power BI\n\nQualifications\n1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis\n\nStrong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word\n\nStrong skills writing & formatting Excel workbooks\n\nFamiliarity with Enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake. Data Engineering experience is a major plus\n\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management, Information Systems, Industrial/Systems Engineering, or equivalent\n\nAdditional Preferred Skill Requirements:\n1+ years of experience using BI & Visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI\n\n1+ years of experience with SQL programming\n\n1+ years of experience working with data sources such as Databases, Data Lakes or Cloud Applications\n\nHas strong presentation and collaborative skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation /deliverables\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills\n\nExperience with project management and/or software implementation process\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers\n\nStrong client management skills\n\nWillingness to travel up to 50% (project dependent)\n\nThe estimated base salary for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $93,500 - $104,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
