Our accounting, finance, human resources, IT, legal, marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Huron’s collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results.\nJoin our team and create your future.\nThe Associate, GenAI Engineer is an emerging technical contributor who leads component development, designs new AI Store solutions, and manages small-scale implementation projects. This role builds on foundational experience, offering opportunities to take ownership of technical deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Essential Functions\nDesign and develop agent components and templates for the organization.\n\nBuild and orchestrate agentic AI workflows that coordinate multiple tools, models, and data sources.\n\nLead small-scale implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders and team members.\n\nCreate and maintain standardized documentation and \"recipe cards\" for AI solutions.\n\nConduct quality assurance testing and debugging of agent components.\n\nEvaluate, configure, and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrations.\n\nPerform model evaluation and tuning to optimize solution performance, accuracy, and cost.\n\nAnalyze usage metrics and user feedback to improve solution offerings.\n\nFacilitate user training sessions and support enablement events.\n\nMaintain version control documentation and update logs for Collaboratory items.\n\nAssist in packaging common support requests into reusable agent components.\n\nSupport junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Communications, or related field.\n\n2-4 years of experience in technology support, AI implementation, or related roles.\n\nProficiency with Generative AI tools, APIs, and automation concepts.\n\nHands-on experience with AWS generative AI tooling, such as Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and related services.\n\nExperience using agentic coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or similar.\n\nExperience designing and implementing agentic AI workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) evaluation and management.\n\nExperience with model evaluation and model tuning techniques.\n\nStrong documentation and organizational skills.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Office 365 and documentation/version control tools.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with the Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms.\n\nExposure to agile methodologies and product management concepts.\n\nInterest in technical implementation and user experience.\n\nThe estimated base salary for this job is $85,000 - $110,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $95,200 - $129,800 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
