Manage and report adherence to service levels as agreed with client. Responsible for Customer satisfaction measured through CSAT & ESAT scores. Ensure Best-In-Class process/system are deployed for the set revenue and cost goals. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong technical and problem-solving skills are essential aspects of this role. Must be well versed with financial numbers and P&L reporting.Good comm skills with neutral accent\nGood English Written and Listening skills\nWilling to work in US shift timings\nEffectively manage the program and oversee/support the transition of processes to Huron\nEnsure Team productivity levels are achieved as per the targets set year on year.\nEnsure process health score is greater than 95% as per the scores measured by Delivery Excellence Teams.\nEnsure Seat Utilization is greater than 1.8\nResponsible for MIS reporting of performance metrics, identify development needs & ensure training fulfilment for the team. (To be tracked against the training plan)\nManage employee retention and engagement.\nContribute on recruitment (measure through participation in screening and interviewing candidates)\nFacilitate sessions on domain, leadership etc.\nKnowledge of domain areas: US Healthcare RCM.\nMust have the ability to connect with Delivery Heads, Customer and lead conversations by building strong relationship. \nMust be able to collaborate with various departments and believe in ONE TEAM approach. QUALIFICATIONS: . Graduate in any discipline MBA preferred. \nAbility to adapt quickly to new and changing technical environments as well as strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative abilities.\nSolid verbal and written communication skills are required.\nMust posses strong skills on Financials and underatnding of P&L.
