This role manages scope, schedule, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination across project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive execution, alignment, and delivery success.Key Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Delivery\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of client-facing projects.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.\nEnsure projects are appropriately scoped, staffed, and executed.\nDrive accountability for project milestones, objectives, and outcomes.\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nServe as the primary point of contact for project communication.\nFacilitate status meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions.\nProvide clear updates on project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery.\nResource & POD Coordination\nPartner with Technical Consultants and Team Leads to coordinate resource assignments and delivery priorities across assigned PODs.\nMonitor team capacity, workload distribution, and project demand to support effective staffing and delivery outcomes.\nIdentify resource constraints, competing priorities, and potential delivery impacts, escalating risks as appropriate.\nCollaborate with leadership on Technical Consultant utilization, capacity planning, and resource forecasting activities.\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and obstacles.\nDrive issue resolution and escalate concerns when appropriate.\nImplement mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.\nMaintain visibility into project health and delivery performance.\nDelivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nApply project management methodologies, tools, and delivery standards.\nMaintain required project documentation, reporting, and governance activities.\nSupport organizational change, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to process enhancements, knowledge sharing, and best practices.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.\n3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, or related client-facing roles.\nDemonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nStrong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability.\nExperience with project management methodologies, governance practices, and collaboration tools.\nProficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing SaaS implementation or software delivery projects.\nExperience working in professional services, consulting, or client-facing environments.\nExperience coordinating Technical resources, delivery teams, or capacity planning activities.\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and Salesforce\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.\nLocation\nRemote. Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders is required.Occasional travel required, including periodic domestic travel within the United States\n\n** Will consider current Huron employees located in India\n\nAdditional Job Description\nThe estimated base salary for this job is 130,000- $160,000 The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $200,000.
