This role demands strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting core AWS services, driving automation-first operations, and improving platform reliability. You will lead incident management efforts, reduce MTTR through automation and observability, and partner with global stakeholders during US office hours. This is a highly ownership-driven role requiring technical leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement of platform engineering practices.
