From strategy through execution, they help solve today’s business challenges and plan for the future.\nWe are seeking an experienced Windows & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server administration and infrastructure\noperations, complemented by working knowledge of AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing enterprise Windows environments,\ntroubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and supporting hybrid cloud workloads.\nStrong scripting and automation capabilities, particularly in PowerShell, with exposure to Python, will be a significant advantage as we continue to improve\ninfrastructure automation, operational efficiency, and standardization.\nAs a Lead Windows Administrator, you will:\nAdminister, maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.\nManage core Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server roles and services, and certificate management.\nSupport server provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, capacity management, and lifecycle activities.\nPerform Windows security hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and configuration compliance activities.\nProvide operational support for workloads hosted in AWS, including EC2, EBS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and related infrastructure services.\nSupport hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises or enterprise environments and AWS.\nTroubleshoot server, operating system, connectivity, authentication, performance, and infrastructure-related incidents.\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell automation for repetitive administration, configuration, reporting, health checks, and operational tasks.\nUse Python, where appropriate, to enhance infrastructure automation and integration capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual intervention through scripting, automation, and standardized infrastructure processes.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, configuration standards, and knowledge articles.\n• Collaborate with Security, Network, Cloud, Application, and IT Support teams to resolve infrastructure issues and improve platform reliability\nRequirements:\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration in an enterprise environment.\nStrong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, authentication, and Windows infrastructure services.\nExperience with Windows troubleshooting, patching, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.\nPractical working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud concepts.\nExperience supporting production infrastructure using appropriate incident, change, and problem-management practices.\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewall concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.\nPreferences:\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.\nExposure to or proficiency with Python for infrastructure automation.\nExperience with AWS Systems Manager, monitoring, infrastructure automation, or configuration-management tools.\nExperience supporting large-scale hybrid environments.\nFamiliarity with
