As a Meditech Consultant, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.As the Meditech Solution Consultant, you will:\nPartner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Meditech EHR system\n\nCollaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements\n\nProvide insights on system workflows, upgrades, systemchangesand ongoing maintenance whileidentifyingopportunities for system optimization and enhancements\n\nFacilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas andobjectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed\n\nRequirements:\nExperienced in using Meditech's Clinical Ambulatory solution tooptimizepatient flows and bed tracking, analyze resourceutilizationand looking at ways to improve operational efficiency\n\nComfortable collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to understand current workflows related to throughput and patient bed placement\n\nCanidentifyareas for improvement and design system workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient care\n\nProficiencyinMeditech Clinical Ambulatorysystem build, testing, training, configuration and support.\n\nAttention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.\n\nPreviousconsulting experience inan ambulatory,healthcaresetting.\n\nExcellent communication skills to effectively presentfindings and recommendations.\n\nA minimum of3years of relevant healthcare industry experience.\n\nStrong project managementskills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus.\n\nRN Certification is preferr\n\nTravel required (75%).\n\nCurrent permanent U.S. Work authorizationrequired.\n\nThe estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
