The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, strong functional testing capabilities, and the ability to independently manage client interactions, requirements, and solution delivery.6-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM/PLM\n\nLead and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP) , Channel Revenue Management, Order Orchestration, and Product Lifecycle Management(PLM) and costing\nPerform fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and user training.\nManage the SCM track independently and conduct client-facing discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions.\nConfigure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support customization requirements across modules.\nUnderstand functional requirement documents and define the scope of testing.\nDevelop Functional Test Cases and System Integration Test Cases, including interfaces from boundary systems such as EDI\nPerform SCM data upload/migration using FBDI & ADFDi templates.\nSupport period-end activities and coordinate issue resolutions via Oracle Support.\nEnsure end-to-end process coverage for O2C and PLM business cycles.\nBasic Knowledge of below business process cycles in Order to Cash/PLM along with costing and perform Functional Testing for:Order Creation & EDI Interfacing\nOrder Orchestration\nPricing Rules\nGroovy Scripting\nChannel Revenue Management\nItem/Catalog/Structure Creation\nProduct Development & Product Hub\nChange, Quality & Innovation Management\n\nExposure to Groovy scripting within Fusion.\nExperience with PLM processes including Product Hub, Change Management, and Innovation Management.\nPrior experience working with Oracle Support for issue resolution.\nStrong understanding of costing within PLM and O2C cycles.\nMust have strong Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP experience, specifically in SCM modules.\nMinimum implementation experience of two SCM Cloud projects.\nStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture.\nHands-on experience in BPM workflows.\nStrong manual testing skills with experience in SIT/UAT support.\nThorough knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes.\nAbility to independently interact with clients, capture requirements, and deliver functional solutions.\nExcellent
