Our accounting, finance, human resources, IT, legal, marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Huron’s collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results.\nJoin our team and create your future.\nAs security and GRC initiatives scale across the firm, a PMO Manager for Security & GRC is needed to establish and run the project management framework, processes, and reporting that keep Huron’s security and GRC programs on scope, on budget, and on time, while working collaboratively across the Corporate Security & GRC team and with key stakeholders spanning the lines of business, including Global Products, Healthcare, Education, and Digital.Description\nUnder limited direction, this individual is responsible for managing projects for Huron’s growing corporate IT Security and GRC teams. The individual would be responsible for driving various projects & initiatives and liaising with technical and business groups to gather requirements, manage projects, and promote compliance and security best practices. This role requires the candidate to work collaboratively with various corporate teams and lines of business. As this role necessitates communication within and across time zones, excellent verbal and written communication is required. The individual should be dynamic, a quick learner and have excellent presentation skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram and project management framework\nAdminister project management framework, processes, tools, and templates.\nManage full project lifecycle of portfolios, programs, and projects.\nAssess potential projects, define scope, write/maintain business case, identify stakeholders, conduct requirements gathering, create timelines, and assemble and manage project plans.\nIdentify potential blockers and optimization points.\nUnderstand fundamental security and GRC practices and to help ensure they are incorporated to support security & GRC being “built-in” versus “bolted-on”.\nDelivery, tracking, and reporting\nTrack projects, communicate, drive accountability, and escalate. Help ensure performance, milestones are hit, deadlines met, resources utilized, issues/risks managed, projects are within budget, and on-time.\nIdentify and track project management metrics & status reporting including dashboards.\nProvide an executive-level view into all on-going projects/initiatives.\nStakeholder coordination\nDevelop positive relationships with senior leaders, managers, SMEs, and staff, both within and outside the Corporate Security and GRC teams, resulting in an effective project management function.\nQualifications\nAn undergraduate degree is required as well as project management certification (e.g., PMP) or advanced academic degree in project management. Agile certifications are a plus.\nExperience in project/program management of large and small portfolios, programs, and projects including audits and implementing security best practices across various geographies and functional areas, using an industry standard methodology, for example, PMBOK, Prince2, etc.\nInformation Security skills including understanding of basic cyber security & GRC.\nAt least 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a large company or consulting firm.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to technical and business audiences in a constantly evolving environment.\nCustomer-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic.\nExperience with tools (i.e., Smartsheet, MS Project/SharePoint, ADO, etc.).\nExperience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean) and their practical application in project management.\nDemonstrated ability to absorb technical information in limited timeframes.\nFlexibility with work hours that may require engaging with teams outside normal business hours.\nPreferred Skills\nAnalytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze datasets and present in a format that facilitates senior management decision making.\nSecurity certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar preferred. \nDeeper understanding of security and GRC including but not limited to: network, cloud, information risk management, privacy, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, DLP, Endpoint, security operations / SOC, third party risk management, etc.\nExperience with process automation and optimization.\nThe estimated base salary for this job is $140,000 - $190,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $168,000 - $228,000.
