This Product Manager will own the full product lifecycle for Extend solutions - from discovery and scoping through delivery, iteration, and go-to-market. You will be the connective tissue between our clients, our technical architects, and the Workday partner ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for Workday Extend applications (vision, roadmap, requirements, delivery, iteration)\nLead Extend workstreams across client engagements - manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment\nDrive Marketplace product strategy - identify reusable patterns across client work, package them as productized Bring-on-Workday offerings, and own go-to-market planning\nPartner with Extend Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the Extend platform\nOwn tenant architecture decisions in partnership with technical leads\nManage cross-functional delivery across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Integration workstreams\nConduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and define acceptance criteria\nBuild and maintain product backlogs, prioritize features based on client impact and reuse potential\nSupport pre-sales efforts - contribute to estimations, proposals, and solution demos\nChampion adoption of AI and agentic workflow capabilities within Extend solutions\nEvangelize Huron's Extend capabilities internally and with the Workday partner community\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or consulting\n3+ years working within the Workday ecosystem\nWorkday Pro certification (active) in at least one domain\nDeep understanding of the Workday Extend platform (custom business objects, pages, orchestrations)\nExperience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs)\nCross-module breadth spanning at least two of: HCM, Financials, Payroll, Supply Chain\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills\nAbility to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience publishing or managing apps on the Workday Marketplace\nFamiliarity with Workday AI / Illuminate capabilities and agentic workflow design\nExposure to Workday Data Cloud and Prism Analytics\nExperience building go-to-market strategies for packaged SaaS products\nWorkday Pro certification in Extend or Integrations\nAI & Emerging Technology Literacy\nExpected within the first year in role:\nWorking understanding of Workday's AI agent framework (Developer Agent, Agent-Ready Tools, Agent Actions)\nAbility to evaluate where agentic automation fits within Extend solution design\nAwareness of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in developer tooling\nFamiliarity with Workday Data Cloud / LDQ concepts and their impact on product architecture\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives\nRemote-first work environment with flexibility\nProfessional development budget and Workday certification support\nOpportunity to shape Huron's Extend product strategy and Marketplace presence\nCollaborative team culture with direct exposure to enterprise clients\nCareer growth path within a growing practice area\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,0000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
