Responsibilities\nArchitecture & Solution Design\nDesign end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.\n\nConvert functional and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reusable technical designs.\n\nDrive architecture decisions covering application design, system integration, security, data model, and deployment strategy.\n\nCreate Solution Design Documents (SDD), architecture diagrams, sequence flows, integration designs, and technical specifications.\n\nEnsure architecture aligns with Salesforce platform limits, best practices, and enterprise governance standards.\n\nSalesforce Development Oversight\nProvide technical oversight for configuration and development across:\nLWC\n\nApex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables\n\nFlows / Process Automation\n\nIntegration & Data Architecture\nDesign integrations between Salesforce and external applications using:\nREST APIs\n\nSOAP APIs\n\nPlatform Events\n\nChange Data Capture\n\nDelivery & Technical Leadership\nLead discussions during requirements, design, sprint planning, development, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.\n\nProvide effort estimation and technical risk assessment for new initiatives.\n\nMentor developers, conduct design reviews, and resolve technical blockers.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nCore Salesforce Skills\nStrong experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design\n\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing model, security model, and platform limits\n\nDocumentation & Tools\nExperience in preparing:\nSolution Design Document (SDD)\n\nIntegration Specifications\n\nArchitecture Diagrams\n\nDeployment Runbooks\n\nRequired Experience\n10+ years of Salesforce experience\n\nProven experience working as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect in enterprise Salesforce implementations\n\nExperience in at least two full lifecycle Salesforce transformation program\n\nStrong exposure to architecture governance, stakeholder
