Should have experience with Salesforce Higher Education cloud.\nThis role requires strong hands-on technical depth in OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, and platform governance, along with the ability to drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and work directly with business and client stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitecture & Solution Design\nDesign end-to-end enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform leveraging OmniStudio / Vlocity components.\n\nDefine technical architecture for OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Calculation Procedures.\n\nConvert functional and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reusable technical designs.\n\nDrive architecture decisions covering application design, system integration, security, data model, and deployment strategy.\n\nCreate Solution Design Documents (SDD), architecture diagrams, sequence flows, integration designs, and technical specifications.\n\nEnsure architecture aligns with Salesforce platform limits, best practices, and enterprise governance standards.\n\nIntegration & Data Architecture\nDesign integrations between Salesforce and external applications using:\nREST APIs\n\nSOAP APIs\n\nPlatform Events\n\nChange Data Capture\n\nDelivery & Technical Leadership\nLead technical discussions during requirements, design, sprint planning, development, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.\n\nProvide effort estimation and technical risk assessment for new initiatives.\n\nMentor developers, conduct design reviews, and resolve technical blockers.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nCore Salesforce Skills\nStrong experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design\n\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing model, security model, and platform limits\n\nOmniStudio / Vlocity Skills\nDeep expertise in:\nOmniScript design and scripting\n\nIntegration Procedures\n\nDataRaptors\n\nFlexCards\n\nOmniStudio Designer\n\nExpression Sets / Calculation Procedures\n\nIntegration Architecture\nStrong API and integration architecture knowledge\n\nExperience with:\nREST / SOAP services\n\nJSON / XML\n\nNamed Credentials\n\nExternal Services\n\nMiddleware platforms\n\nExperience in enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and external system orchestration\n\nDocumentation & Tools\nExperience in preparing:\nSolution Design Document (SDD)\n\nIntegration Specifications\n\nArchitecture Diagrams\n\nDeployment Runbooks\n\nRequired Experience\n8+ years of total Salesforce experience\n\n3+ years of hands-on OmniStudio / Vlocity experience\n\nProven experience working as a Solution
