In this capacity the Technical Solution Architect will have an expert understanding of Salesforce.com standard applications, web application development, Salesforce integration, and tools such as the Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning, the AppExchange and relevant Industry AI solutions that are used to extend the standard product set. Candidate must be able to lead technical requirements gathering sessions, write requirements, technical architecture documents and manage integration tasks. They also must have a solid business understanding and be able to translate business process flows into technical use cases.QUALIFICATIONS:\n5- 7 years of consulting experience\n5-7 years’ experience with Salesforce.com\n5-7 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users\nHuron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience\nPrior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)\nExperience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's\nWillingness to attend and present at orals\n5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions\nDesign and document an end-to-end Salesforce solution to include: leading technical architecture workshops with Enterprise Architects, Information\nSecurity Architects, Integration Architects, Data Architects from client teams, and leading technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents.\nLeading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents\nManaging the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions\nManaging technical scope and client expectation\nDesigning and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.\nAbility to work with developers US-Based and Offshore\nEffectively work with Project Managers, Customers, Development Leads and the Account Managers\nEducate Customer as a Salesforce.com Evangelist\nFamiliarity with Force.com platform technical limitations and common technical design patterns, integration patterns and business application development patterns\nProven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems\nExperience with Enterprise Integration tools.\nDemonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP.\nWillingness to travel\nPREFERRED:\nSalesforce.com Application Architect, Certified Systems Architect or\nTechnical Architect\nSales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications are a plus\nBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline\nThe estimated base salary for this job is $165,000 - $190,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $198,000 - $228,000.
