Our accounting, finance, human resources, IT, legal, marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Huron’s collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results.\nJoin our team and create your future.\nThe ServiceNow Developer (Sr. Associate) will serve as a hybrid ServiceNow developer and product owner, working closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather and prioritize requirements, manage the ServiceNow backlog, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies. This hybrid role includes requirements gathering, backlog management, prioritization, and hands-on development.Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n\n5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.\n\nRelevant ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer)\n\nProven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.\n\nExperience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation capabilities.\n\nExperience designing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience collaborating across geographically distributed teams.\n\nUp to 5% travel, as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, or GRC.\n\nKnowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.\n\nExperience serving as a Product Owner, Solution Consultant.\n\nKnowledge of Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto and Performance Analytics.\n\nExperience with Generative AI, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI capabilities.\n\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.\n\nSuccess in this Role\nBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders.\n\nEffectively prioritize and manage the ServiceNow backlog.\n\nDeliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that solve business challenges.\n\nImprove business processes through automation and platform capabilities.\n\nBalance strategic product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development.\n\nDrive adoption and value realization across the ServiceNow platform.\n#LI-CL1\n#LI-REMOTE\nThe estimated base salary for this job is $100,000 - $135,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $159,300 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
