In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will effectively demonstrate recruiting expertise focused on hiring manager experience, recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience. You will earn and maintain credibility by partnering with hiring managers and recruiting teams to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for job openings. Talent Acquisition Associates are highly organized and deliver results through their knowledge of the market, passive candidate outreach and social media strategies.Client Relationship Management\nPartner with your Recruiting Lead and TA colleagues to execute targeted recruiting strategies.\nJuggle multiple hiring priorities with confidence, delivering strong outcomes across each.\nKeep clients consistently informed with meaningful updates, market insights, and clear data points.\nBuild strong, collaborative relationships with HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management.\nRecruiting & Sourcing\nDraft and post compelling job descriptions that attract a diverse slate of talent.\nUse a variety of sourcing methods-job boards, social media, networking, referrals-to engage high-quality candidates.\nMaintain clean, accurate data across the ATS and related systems.\nManage the full recruiting lifecycle with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and candidate experience.\nEnsure candidates consistently receive an exceptional experience from first touch through offer.\nTalent Assessment\nLearn and apply Huron’s interview framework to drive consistency and quality of hire.\nReview resumes, assess qualifications, and evaluate candidate fit with clarity and fairness.\nConduct thoughtful recruiter screens, providing well-written summaries and clear recommendations to hiring teams.\nFacilitate productive interview debriefs that support confident, aligned hiring decisions.\nCommunication & Professional Acumen\nCommunicate effectively with audiences at all levels, both verbally and in writing.\nDemonstrate strong self-awareness and sound judgment, elevating issues when needed.\nRequired Experience\nAuthorization to work in the U.S.\nBachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or related field.\nMinimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience-consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search.\nStrong change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nExceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment and partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds.\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search.\nPosition
