The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and enterprise performance management, along with hands-on expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning.The candidate should possess a strong understanding of finance business processes, planning and forecasting cycles, budgeting, management reporting, and organizational performance management requirements. They should be able to leverage their finance domain expertise to provide strategic insights and deliver effective Adaptive planning solutions to clients.\nThis role is well-suited for professionals looking to transition into or further develop their career in the consulting domain. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and apply their prior finance experience to solve complex business challenges, support client engagements, and drive successful Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
