and trusted advisor for Commercial Workday engagements across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, technology, professional services, retail, distribution, and other commercial sectors.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, and other business leaders.\nPartner with senior client stakeholders to align transformation objectives with organizational goals, growth strategies, and business priorities.\nAnticipate client challenges and proactively recommend solutions that drive operational efficiency, workforce effectiveness, financial performance, and long-term business value.\nLead executive steering committees and governance discussions while providing strategic direction and executive-level communication.\nServe as the senior escalation point for complex engagement, relationship, delivery, or governance matters.\nProgram & Delivery Leadership\nPartner with Huron Managing Directors and Principals to serve as the Delivery Leader for large-scale Workday transformation programs, including implementation, optimization, expansion, and post-production support retention initiatives across the Workday practice.\nPromote Huron's core values and leadership principles while developing future practice leaders.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or business transformation leadership.\n10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise application implementations and strategic transformation programs.\nPrior Workday implementation or Workday ecosystem experience.\nPrevious consulting experience focused on Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Payroll, Planning, or Enterprise Transformation initiatives.\nExperience serving Commercial organizations across industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, retail, technology, distribution, professional services, or other private-sector enterprises.\nDemonstrated success leading large-scale cloud ERP, HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience with contract negotiations, alliance management, and complex sales pursuits.\nDemonstrated experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.\nStrong financial acumen, including engagement forecasting, budgeting, pricing, revenue management, and profitability oversight.\nExperience managing large, geographically dispersed, and matrixed project teams.\nProven ability to lead multiple programs and competing priorities simultaneously.\nStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and business development skills.\nWillingness and ability to travel as required.\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $227,500 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
