Finance engagements, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.\nServe as a solution architect and delivery leader, overseeing all phases of project implementation, including estimation, planning, and execution.\nAct as Engagement leader /Project Manager (EM-PM), managing multiple projects of varying scale and duration simultaneously.\nCollaborate with client and internal senior leaders to design and implement goal-achieving solutions.\nBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a primary customer-facing representative\nTranslate complex business requirements and meeting discussions into clear documentation for participants and project teams.\nSupport pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution proposal development, and estimation.\nTrain and mentor staff in both project management and technical areas, fostering professional development.\n• Demonstrate thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or industry forums.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.\n\nProven experience in Workday Finance implementations, with a track record of successful delivery leadership.\n\nWorkday Finance certification (mandatory).\n\nStrong functional expertise in the Finance domain, with the ability to architect and deliver solutions independently.\n\nExperience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management.\n\nExposure to pre-sales, RFP processes, and solution proposal development.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal ability to build trust and collaboration quickly.\n\nAbility to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate executives through expertise, maturity, and professionalism.\n\nStrong analytical skills to translate discussions into actionable documentation.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel as required and work extended hours when necessary.\n\nPreferences:\nDemonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements and/or publications.\n\nExperience in consulting environments, preferably with exposure to large-scale
