This role provides hands-on leadership in designing, building, and optimizing complex Workday integrations, including deep expertise in Workday Studio, while applying best practices across the Workday ecosystem.The Integration Lead will partner closely with functional and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate brings advanced experience in Workday integrations and Studio, along with a strong working knowledge of core Workday modules such as HCM, Financials, and ideally Student.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 3-5 + years of proven experience in Workday technical roles with hands-on ownership of integrations and technical design across Workday modules.\nDemonstrated experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, with deep expertise in Workday Studio and integration development (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs), including designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions.\n3-5 + years of experience analyzing requirements, producing technical specifications, conducting unit and system testing, troubleshooting complex issues, and partnering directly with functional teams and business stakeholders.\nStrong ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using delivered and custom Workday tools.\nExperience supporting integrations and data flows across core Workday modules such as HCM and Financials; exposure to Student is a plus.\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.\nNo travel required, unless requested by the client.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nHolds an active Workday Certification (Integrations certification strongly preferred; HCM, Financials, or Student certifications are a plus).\nExperience supporting Workday in AMS / Managed Services environments, including Tier 3 incident management and ongoing client support.\nStrong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, including designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex integrations. Experience with BIRT or reporting tools is a plus.\nExperience supporting medium to large-scale Workday implementations or post-production environments across multiple functional areas.\nExperience with automation, inbound/outbound integrations, and end-to-end data flows within Workday.\nStrong proficiency with Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, and supporting testing or data validation activities.\nDemonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior consultants, reviewing deliverables, delegating work, and contributing to team development.\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $135,000 - $165,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $162,000 - $198,000 (USD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
