Whatever your unique talents, whatever your passion-in design, creation, and leadership-we’ve got you covered.\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations.\n4+ years of Workday integration experience across multiple Workday product areas.\nExperience leading large-scale Workday implementation programs and managing multiple concurrent projects.\nProven experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including offshore resources.\nStrong expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, Orchestrations and Workday integration architecture.\nExperience integrating third-party systems including Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Recruiting, Identity Management, and custom enterprise applications.\nDemonstrated experience in solution architecture, technical advisory, and client relationship management.\nStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence executive stakeholders and drive complex technical decisions.\nWorkday Technical Leadership:\nProvide hands-on guidance and oversight for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.\nLead implementation and optimization of:\nOrchestration\nWorkday Studio\nEnterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)\nCore Connectors\nCloud Connect Solutions\nDocument Transformation\nREST APIs\nSOAP Web Services\nWorkday Orchestrate\nPECI/PICOF and Payroll Integrations\nFinancial and Banking Integrations\nIdentity and Security Integrations\nEstablish technical standards, reusable assets, and integration frameworks that improve quality and delivery efficiency.\nStay current with Workday releases and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the practice.\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - 160,000 (CAD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000 - $192,000 (CAD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
