The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with outstanding program management and stakeholder management skills.\nResponsibilities:\nLead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs from planning through execution and launch.\nDefine program scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics.\nBuild and maintain comprehensive execution plans across multiple engineering teams.\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.\nDrive alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.\nTrack multiple concurrent technical workstreams while ensuring delivery against commitments.\nManage backend, mobile, web, DevOps, data, infrastructure, and platform initiatives simultaneously.\nCoordinate API integrations, third-party dependencies, payment gateway implementations, banking integrations, cloud infrastructure deployments, and production releases.\nIdentify execution risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.\nRemove blockers, facilitate decision-making, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.\nLead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog reviews, program reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.\nPrepare executive dashboards, program status reports, risk registers, dependency trackers, and delivery metrics.\nEstablish scalable program management processes, governance frameworks, documentation standards, and reporting mechanisms.\nContinuously improve execution efficiency, delivery predictability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, or Technical Project Management.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complex software programs involving multiple engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.\nSolid technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architectures.\nAbility to effectively partner with engineering teams without being a hands-on developer.\nProven experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.\nStrong analytical thinking, prioritisation, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in fintech, banking, payments, digital wallets, or other regulated industries.\nUnderstanding of payment processing, card issuing, remittances, financial integrations, or banking systems.\nExperience managing cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or security-related programs.\nFamiliarity with engineering KPIs, DORA metrics, release management, and delivery governance.\nPMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3688,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Digital Banks & Neobanks","Money Transfer & Remittances"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-30T09:16:31Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":3,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:3","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-04T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/huru-technical-program-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/huru-technical-program-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-05T03:39:30Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4963,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":37,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-06T00:00:00Z"}}}
