This is a highly hands-on role with a strong hardware focus, including circuit debugging, wire harness builds, PCB rework, test fixture development, supplier support, and light coding for test scripts.\nWhat You’ll be Doing:\nSupport embedded hardware and software development, testing, debugging, deployment, and product launch activities.\nBuild and troubleshoot wire harnesses, test fixtures, printed circuit board assemblies, and prototype hardware using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, test probes, and soldering equipment.\nCreate and improve documentation, standard operating procedures, test methods, troubleshooting processes, DFMEAs, simulations, and validation activities.\nUse engineering tools such as LTspice, Altium, Git, MATLAB/Simulink, Embedded C, IDEs, debuggers, and software validation and verification processes.\nPartner with internal teams and external suppliers to support prototype and production run-offs, supplier development, and project execution.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field; hands-on co-op, internship, project, or club experience may be especially helpful for recent graduates.\nExperience or strong interest in embedded hardware and software, including Embedded C, circuit debugging, electrical schematics, and lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and soldering equipment.\nComfort working in a hands-on, hardware-focused role with the ability to learn quickly, take direction, troubleshoot independently, and make sound decisions with limited or ambiguous information.\nStrong communication, teamwork, documentation, and follow-through skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.\nPreferred experience includes MATLAB/Simulink, Git, Altium, LTspice, PCB rework, soldering, IPC certification, CANbus, RTOS, SPI, I2C, DMA, ARM microprocessors, software requirements, test plans, and FMEA processes.\nAuthorized to work in the United States. \nWhat We Offer:\nA hands-on engineering role where you can build, test, troubleshoot, and see your work directly support customer solutions.\nThe opportunity to grow from a hardware-focused role into broader embedded software, project engineering, senior technical, or leadership paths based on your interests and strengths.\nA collaborative, fast-paced environment where you will learn from experienced engineers, contribute to process improvements, and support innovative products with real-world impact.\nWho We Are:\nImagine a place where your career can soar, where innovation meets excellence, and where your contributions truly matter.
