Management\nStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to injection molding and project management\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and drive Lean Manufacturing principles\nMaintain 5S related responsibilities within the manufacturing environment to comply with internal standards\nQualifications\nAssociate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field\nStrong understanding of injection molding materials, tooling, process parameters, and machinery \nProficient in CAD software (SolidWorks) and injection molding simulation tools.\nStrong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling design, and materials science\nSolid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment\nRequired Skills\nExperience with multi-cavity molds, robotics, and automation in injection molding.\nFamiliarity with CAD software and molding simulation tools.\nHands-on experience with troubleshooting mold issues and optimizing cycle times.\nAbility to manage multiple programs
