Support the development of commission programs and recommend enhancements and improvements.\nCollect and analyze large sets of data from multiple systems to identify trends, issues, opportunities and gaps and turn it into information that can be the basis of decision-making\nAdminister and report on program and promotion results in conjunction with sales, finance, and marketing\nCreate internal scorecards for division activities and improvement areas.
