Interpret various order inputs and computer instructions to accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.\nEssential Duties:\nEach job function is not a requirement of each employee, but all job functions are a requirement of a position and/or department.\nUnderstand and utilize warehouse management system (WMS) computer commands and execute directed activities such as inventory, receiving, put-away/pick, and order fulfilment\nOperate at least one type of required material handling equipment (MHE), examples Cherry Picker, Counter-Balance, Reach Truck, and Turret Truck, to assist in picking/putting-away parts, placing them into totes and delivering to directed locations for further processing\nPerform accurate inventory transactions/movements by executing scanning of bar codes or similar fields to match systematic moves to physical relocations\nInitiate and comprehend computer instructions and handle exceptions (including handheld devices)\nSign inbound freight bills noting damages and/or discrepancies\nValidate partial orders picked and consolidate into a master order when necessary\nAssume responsibility for inventory accuracy, in multiple functions such as pick, pack, and inbound receipt, among others\nAssist with physical inventory activities\nPerform cycle count activities\nOperate mechanical packaging machines\nExecute Bill of Material (BOM) functionality\nMaintain various logs of package parts operations\nPerform special tasks and assignments as required by management and supervisory personnel \nUse of computer equipment whether scanning or general input of commands\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nMinimum of high school education/GED. \nAbility to work overtime, off shifts, and weekends as needed is required\nGood oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment is required\nA demonstrated willingness for continual learning and skill development is required.\nAble to take instructions from computer generated tasks\nFamiliar with warehouse scanning equipment or general knowledge of computer equipment competency for information input\nAbility to work in team environment to participate in departmental metrics and instruction.\nAbility to take instructions and follow directions to assist in order processing activities\nSafety awareness for self and those around them\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 - 55 lbs.\nHusqvarna provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
