From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future, and we want you to be part of it.\nWe are now looking for a Supply & Inventory Planner for the Husqvarna Forest & Garden division within the Global Supply Chain Planning organization.\nThis is a temporary position supporting the team during the peak season from November 2026 to June 2027.\nAbout the team\nGlobal Supply Chain Planning is part of the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Global Operations organization. We have a global governance structure ensuring planning and inventory meet both business targets and customer expectations. Our organization is responsible for creating demand, inventory and supply plans, as well as monitoring the execution of these plans.\nAdditionally, we coordinate the flow of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. We serve as the central hub for communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, covering forecasts, orders, delivery information and invoicing.\nThe team operates within a dynamic global Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) framework and collaborates extensively with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product Management and Operations.\nAbout the role\nAs a Supply & Inventory Planner for finished goods, you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. We are at an exciting stage of development and are looking for someone who can support us on this journey.\nSuccess in this role relies on a deep understanding of forecasting and planning best practices, strong analytical and statistical capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSecure delivery performance according to targets to meet customer expectations.\nProvide forecasts and orders to factories/suppliers on a regular basis and monitor delivery performance.\nMaintain close contact with factories/suppliers and communicate supply plans and deviations to relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure fair supply allocation according to agreed principles during bottleneck situations.\nCollaborate closely with Sales and ensure the latest delivery information is available.\nManage inventory levels.\nCoordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities.\nEnsure accurate reporting and monitor KPIs.\nDrive continuous process improvements.\nAn important part of the role is maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Planning and Product Management to understand market developments, trends and other relevant information that supports accurate supply planning while securing company objectives and customer expectations.\nAbout you\nYou are service-minded, structured and analytical, with the ability to balance details while maintaining a broader business perspective.\nYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible in responding to changing customer demands. You take initiative, work proactively and are committed to delivering high-quality results on time.\nAs the role involves building long-term relationships and collaborating with international colleagues and customers across Husqvarna Group, strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.\nYour skills and background:\nUniversity degree in a relevant field, ongoing studies, and/or equivalent work experience.\nUnderstanding of supply chain processes.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.\nAdvanced Excel and Power BI skills are considered an advantage.\nExperience working with SAP and planning systems such as Logility or APO is beneficial.\nSwedish language skills are considered an advantage.\nLocation\nThis position is based at our site in Huskvarna.\nHow we work\nWe believe the best ideas happen when we're connected.
