This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer.\nSome of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following\nStrategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for our data center services.\nBusiness Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with a focus on high-potential clients in the AI sector.\nClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.\nRevenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and negotiations.\nTeam Leadership: Assemble and lead a high-performing commercial team to support growth objectives.\nMarket Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.\nABOUT YOU\nExperience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial roles within the data center or related technology sectors.Required Experience: Prior experience in data center commercialization. \n\nTrack Record: Proven success in securing significant commercial agreements and driving revenue growth.\nNetwork: Established relationships with key players in the hyperscale and enterprise technology world.\nLeadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.\nSkills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).\nABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis role is in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.
