physicians and office staff between the practice and other clinical and administrative areas.\nDevelop growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and leadership.\nSupport financial, budget and business goals.\nEnsure adequate staffing is in place to meet the demands of the practice.\nMonitor the billing and collection functions.\nOversee daily operations of practice including but not limited to services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.\nManage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.\nPerform and oversee scheduling and day to day operations\nAssess quality of and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, providers, and other necessary team members.\nEstablish and implement effective workplace procedures\nEnsure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations\nHire, train and monitor administrative stuff\nSupervise daily practice operations such as billing, debt collections, security and occupational health and safety\nCoordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews\nEnsure success of the practice and the physicians through marketing strategies and ROI reporting\nInterview, hire and train new staff in accordance with HR guidelines\nReview productivity and make staffing adjustments as needed\nMonitor and approve time cards and track staff licensure requirements\nReview volumes, productivity, MU, RVU and expense reports\nMonitor patient scheduling, referrals and satisfaction\nAssist in the recruitment of new patients\nInteract with patients and gain feedback about the practice\nAddress patient complaints in a caring and timely manner\nMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND
