Responsabilidades:

  • Assegurar a contabilização e o controlo de faturas de fornecedores, incluindo custos de transporte, acompanhando integralmente os respetivos processos de importação;

  • Garantir a validação e aprovação de despesas de deslocação, promovendo rigor, conformidade e eficiência nos processos;

  • Analisar mensalmente a evolução dos preços das matérias-primas, identificando desvios;

  • Acompanhar e monitorizar o material em trânsito;

  • Elaborar a especialização mensal dos custos de transporte, assegurando um reporte financeiro preciso e fiável.
