Furthermore, the individual in this role will assist our IT manager with his daily tasks.\nSpecific Duties\nFollow all applicable environmental, health and safety rules and procedures and immediately report all dangerous situations, near-misses, andinjuries.\n\nProviding support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.\nMonitoring ticketing queue, support requests and documenting in system.\nAssist the IT Manager\nTroubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.\nInstalling and configuring hardware and software components.\nRepairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.\nEstablishing good relationships with all clients and colleagues.\nManaging technical documentation.\nKeeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call.\nOther Duties\nThis position involves responsibilities with elevated exposure to compliance risks, including potential corruption, fraud, and violations of TotalEnergies’ Code of Conduct. The role requires strict adherence to Hutchinson Internal Controls, ethical standards, active risk identification, and timely reporting of any suspected misconduct.
