RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFinancial Control & Profitability\nMonitor and manage program budgets, forecasts, and expenditures throughout acquisition and development phases. \nAnalyze lifetime program profitability and support quotation processes through detailed business plans. \nHighlight program performance and cash flow status, providing actionable recommendations to management. \nConsolidate and validate financial input from plant controllers and ensure accuracy in reporting. \nGovernance & Standards\nImplement PMO governance framework, processes, and control mechanisms across automotive programs. \nEnsure compliance with PMO policies and escalation protocols. \nLead Multi-Project Board implementation and alignment with global PMO functions. \nDefine templates for documentation, communication, and deliverables using RACI logic. \nBenchmark project management tools and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities. \nFacilitate workshops and training sessions for continuous improvement. \nTool & Process Development\nDevelop and maintain tools for business planning, cost calculation, and reporting. \nImprove calculation and project administration processes for efficiency and accuracy. \nEnsure scalability and maintainability of developed solutions. \nQuality Control\nTrack and analyze project KPIs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. \nConduct audits and reviews to maintain quality standards across processes and deliverables. \nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or PMO governance within the automotive industry.\nExperience implementing project management standards and tools across multiple teams or regions.\nMaster’s degree or advanced certification
