Must have good computer skills with a working knowledge of the different rubber presses.\nEDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE:\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in rubber engineering or related technical field.\nPreferred:\n10 years related experience and/or training in Rubber Process Engineering, or manufacturing systems or equivalent experience.\nSix Sigma Training, Green Belt or Black Belt\nLean Manufacturing Certification.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:\nEngineering Level Mathematics\nStatistics\nCOMPUTER SKILLS:\nMicrosoft Office & Basic CAD\nREASONING ABILITY:\nAbility to define root cause to problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for the repair of the issue.\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:\nNone\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
