identify trends and new opportunities for growth.\n\nProvide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve monetization performance.\n\nUse tools like Asana and analytics platforms to track, plan, and report on monetization activities.\n\nRequirements\nThis is the right job for you if you have:\n2+ years of experience as a Monetization Specialist in the gaming industry.\n\nA proven background in product monetization and marketing strategy execution.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.\n\nA creative and curious mindset with a strong business orientation.\n\nGreat communication skills and experience collaborating across teams and functions.\n\nHigh proficiency in English (both written and spoken).\n\nAbility to take full
